John founded DriverReady in 2023 in Hartford, Connecticut, after working inside trucking logistics — including as a consulting contractor with XPO Logistics. A graduate of Central Connecticut State University, he started the company to organize an industry he watched run scattered, and to give owner-operators a single place to run their business from.
